We are currently seeking a Private Client Intern who will report to the Private Client Director as part of our dynamic team in New York.
Role Mission
This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career. You will gain a well-rounded overview of Private Clients as a whole and learn to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
How you will contribute:
· Support Private Client Director with event preparation and execution to support client engagement and cultivation.
· Support day-to-day priorities of the Private Client Director, including scheduling, coordination, and project follow-up.
· Support with the development of proposals and recaps for new brand partnerships and events.
· Support with on-site execution of brand image and client events within the New York City area (occasional evening hours may be required).
· Support communication efforts with internal teams (Retail, Marketing, Merchandising) by preparing materials and coordinating updates.
· Conduct competitive and industry research to identify trends and opportunities that can inform client acquisition and engagement strategies.
Who you are:
· Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in a self-sufficient manner
· Excellent communication and writing skills
· Knowledge with Workday preferred
· Able to work in downtown and uptown locations
· Available 32 hours a week
· Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
Salary- New York:
· $16.50/hr.
