How you will contribute?
As a Leather Ready-To-Wear & Denim Product Developer Assistant you will:

Follow up with leather and denim suppliers.
·
Support in updating our Product Data Management software (PLM): coding all models, filling Bill Of Material with all product information.
·
Support in updating daily product development tools: Collection overview, Boards, trial/pattern charts…
·
Support on collection data follow-up from manufacturers, mills…
·
Support on collection budget follow up
·
Organize, participate and take notes in fitting sessions to assess both garment fit and aesthetics.
·
Ensure that the final samples are accurately produced following the intended design and respecting the Collection Calendar.
·
Maintain organized records of design specifications, patterns, samples and production details.
Who you are?
·
First experience as a Product Developer Assistant (within the Luxury Fashion Industry is a plus).
·
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across Teams & Departments.
·
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
·
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
·
Understanding of cost analysis and budget management.
·
Familiarity with sustainability practices in the Fashion Industry.
·
Excellent knowledge of Office package (in particular Excel/Access), Stealth and PLM information systems.
·
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
