Job Description

We are currently seeking a Integrated Logistics Customer Service Staff as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

·  Use our organization internal systems to manage the orders received during sales campaigns;
·  Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service and the achievements of financial targets;
·  Communicate and collaborate with internal departments in order to meet business expectations;
·  Contribute to the development and execution of planned activities;
·  Data entry management;

Who you are:

·  A high school or university graduate;
·  A customer service representative with at least 1 year’ experience in back office activities;
·  High level of precision and organization;
·  An expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SAP;
·  An excellent communicator able to work well with individuals from all levels of an organisation and suppliers;
·  A proactive detail-oriented person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks;
·  Fluent in Italian and English;
