Job description

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting the full cycle of human resources operations, including onboarding, compensation & benefits, and HRIS. This role ensures accurate and timely execution of C&B operations including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and data management. Additionally this role provides analytical support to ensure C&B programs remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization's total rewards strategy.

Job Scope

Support HR function across all HR roles; HRM, HRD, HR system and HR Projects

Main Job Responsibilities

C&B

·  Review monthly payroll data including overtime, allowances, sales incentives, and other payroll related items
·  Manage time and attendance records, including annual leave administration
·  Support monthly personnel cost closing and reporting
·  Assist in personnel cost budget forecasting, analysis, and monitoring
·  Support the annual merit increase and performance review processes
·  Manage the operation and administration of employee benefits programs

HRIS

·  Maintain HRIS data and ensure alignment between local & global HR systems
·  Participate in local and global HRIS-related meetings and provide feedback as needed
·  Support system updates, data validation, and troubleshooting in coordination with relevant stakeholders

HR Operation & Other

·  Support the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation, collection, and maintenance of related documentation
·  Update company HR policy & Assist in any ad hoc project
·  Prepare internal & external audit

Qualification

·  Minimum 3 years of experience in HR area and preferably in retail luxury industry
·  Fluency in speaking and writing English.
·  Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
·  Preferable experience in HRIS system such as Workday, Shiftee, SAP

Knowledge

·  Knowledge of the Labor Standards Act
·  Well known market trends and competitors.
·  Understanding of HR system, platform.

Skills

·  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Ability to organize documents and data efficiently.
·  Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new HR systems and platforms.
·  Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking.
·  A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work autonomously.
