Job Family Group Description - Human Resources: Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company’s strategy, practice and objectives. Job Family Description -HR Business Partner: Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.
· Leading people initiatives to improve workforce productivity, foster social inclusion, ensure talent development and retention, and promote company culture
· Develop strong and trusted partnerships with internal clients, providing coaching and advice on people-related matters and strategies, supporting organizational design in line with overall business needs
· Own the budget and forecasting business process, responsible for preparing, supporting, and monitoring people costs at the retail and corporate level and carry out cost controls as needed
· Manage all employee-related issues within scope
HR Strategy
· Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation, development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies for the scope to ensure elevation of organizational capability through talent attraction, talent development and engagement
· Drive Kering, Worldwide and Regional and Local HR initiatives; collaborate with Regional HR COE and stakeholders and managing a local HR team to ensure alignment with business direction, while ensuring to champion for local specificities and needs
· Manage effective organizational transformation and change projects for region as needed
Talent Acquisition & Management
· Drive the local recruitment strategy to attract the best talents that are in line with Bottega Veneta’s culture and business needs
· Ensure a world class candidate experience to create a positive experience throughout the selection and onboarding process for all new joiners, and maintain a positive employer branding in the market
· Lead the annual talent processes, including performance & development reviews, talent reviews, succession and promotion planning, and salary review processes etc.
· Lead the market’s initiatives on talent development and training programs to boost workforce and talent capabilities
· Coach management to manage high and low performers in a timely and impactful manner, understanding the skill gaps and training needs and creating relevant development plans to support business priorities
· Driving proactive mobility and career development frames and processes for market, to ensure robust internal promotions and retention of top talents
· Support the internal mobility initiatives within the house and Kering Group
HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits
· Responsible for HR forecasting and budgeting process, including regular reporting and analysis
· Ensure the compensation and benefits framework are aligned to the market and support our attraction and retention objectives, being attuned with market competitiveness for office and retail population
· Partner with Worldwide and Regional C&B team to escalate local market information and best practices
· Oversee and deliver high quality HR shared services (admin HR, payroll, employee relation, etc.)
· Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes for region
Employee engagement
· Drive local communication strategy to implement HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
· Partner with Worldwide and Regional team to put in place employee engagement initiatives to champion Bottega Veneta’s culture and maintain an inclusive and high-performing work environment
· Responsible for analysis of regional annual engagement survey and deep dive into areas of strengths and improvements, crafting concrete and impactful action plans to drive a highly motivated and engaged team
· Oversee and implement other people initiatives like Inclusion & Diversity, Celebration and Recognition as required to reinforce an environment that celebrates and values team contribution and important milestones
