We are currently seeking an EMEA Retail and Business Analysis Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

 

 

How you will contribute:

· 
Supporting the Forecast and budget process collaborating with other departments by collecting and providing information needed

· 
Supporting Finance & Business performance in calculating Retail Financial KPIs (Sales density, Staff productivity)

· 
Supporting in preparing the monthly Business performance review vs HQ            

· 
Analyzing retail stores performance (ranking, positioning, competitors…)

· 
Monitoring targets and commissions performance vs LY and Budget

Who you are:

 

· 
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Economics, Finance or a related field

· 
Passionate about fashion and customer centric, with interest for retail and an omnichannel approach

· 
Attention to detail, effective communication, natural empathy with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.

· 
Flexibility and adaptability

· 
Excellent organizational and analytical skills

· 
Fluent written and spoken English essential

· 
Strong PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytical skills
