Job Description

1.    Online channel operation including Tmall, brandsite and mini program, including front end to back end operation management. 在线商务渠道运营管理（官网/小程序/天猫等渠道）, 负责前端客户体验运营到电商后端的整体运营管理。
2.    Work with TP to manage online business and achieve business target. Optimization on the daily operation to secure the best in class luxurious experience.  有效的TP管理以保证业务目标达标以及流程一流的客户体验。
3.    Familiar with Tmall data tools and business tools to do business analysis and insight deep dive on business issues and opportunities. 熟练运营天猫数据分析工具，运营数据分析等找到生意问题点和优化空间。
4.    Work with HQ  to implement strategy for e-commerce new product launches, including engaging site content, unique storytelling and merchandising tools, based on product positioning, target audience and story telling needed throughout the consumer journey.基于消费过程中的产品定位、目标受众和故事讲述需求，与总部电子商务商品团队合作实施新产品发布战略，包括网站内容，独特的故事，商品工具。
5.    Take charge of related budget to maximize budget efficiency.管理相关预算，确保投资效应最大化。
6.    Work with different third parties and cross functions to make sure operation flow smooth. 跨部门协作以及与第三方agency协作保证协同效率最大化
7.    Other ad hoc task assigned by line manager
