We are currently seeking a Business Analyst and CRM Intern   as part of our dynamic team in Dubai.

How you will contribute:

·  Supporting the General Manager in successfully implementing, enhancing and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities in the region
·  Carrying out the weekly reports analysis (nationalities, prospects, sales to local) to set up customer segments and work on activities to increase customer loyalty
·  Assisting in the coordination of events/initiatives and monitoring their performance: ROI (results on investment) calculation, conversion rate
·  Producing performance reports and Powerpoint presentations for ad hoc requests/needs as well as keeping updated customer’s database to elaborate detailed reports for all CRM projects
·  Participating in store visits with the General Manager to enforce the communication flow with Store Managers to coordinate with them all the CRM activities  

Who you are:

·  Freshly graduated in Economics Bachelor/Master’s degree
·  Passionate about Luxury & Sales/Marketing fields
·  Fluency in English is a must. Arabic is a plus
·  On a family or student visa
·  Strong analytical skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
·  Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office Package (Advance in Excel, PPT)
