We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will report to the Store Manager as part of our team in Zürich Bahnhofstrasse .
How you will contribute
· Support the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives by monitoring and developing comprehensive sales analyses and create strategic action plans to share with the team
· Assist in achieving both store and individual sales and KPI targets
· Mentor, motivate, and retain store employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
· Assisting the Store Manager with all facets of store operations and monitoring back-office activities to maximize efficiency
· Maximize the store's business potential, including sales by department (category) and client loyalty in line with company strategy
· Efficiently monitor clienteling tools
· Contribute to build effective and lifetime relationships with both new and existing clientele
· Ensure the store's image consistently reflects Bottega Veneta's high standards and luxury retail procedures
Who you are
· Minimum 2-5 years of managerial retail experience required, preferably in a luxury product setting
· Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams 5-10 employees
· Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
· Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment
· Supportive and hands-on mentality with excellent organizational skills
· Fluent in Swiss German and English
