Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Retail Excellence & Training: Develops and implements customer centric initiatives and excellence programs designed to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction. Designs and delivers training programs for retail employees to drive growth through effective selling and customer service skills.

Build and elevate the China retail training system. 
负责培训体系的搭建与完善;
Develop retail training guideline, policy and discipline rules, etc..
设计零售培训制度准则,政策和培训纪律等。
Develop and adapt training materials & programs based on business needs。  
根据业务需求负责零售团队培训课程的设计以及开发。
Provide Brand Immersion training to new joiners.
提供新员工培训。
Train retail team for strong knowledge of the brand, products,and collections.   
给零售团队培训品牌, 产品知识和产品系列。 
Organize workshops & trainings regarding selling skills, client-telling skills and motivation。
组织有关销售技巧,客户技巧,团队激励的培训课程项目。
Implement yearly retail training calendar.  
执行年度的培训计划。
Identify retail training needs, review and adjust regularly.
确定收集零售培训需求并时时回顾调整。
Deliver training programs in high quality, professionally evaluate and follow up training effectiveness by analyzing statistics and records related to training KPIs, and staff feedbacks, then put forth recommendations on improvements.
高质量地完成培训课程,并专业地评估跟进培训的有效性, 包括分析培训的各项KPI和员工的反馈,然后提出改进的建议。
Visit stores periodically to assess knowledge, selling skills, and client experience, provide training suggestion, conduct in store training and coaching accordingly.
定期走访店铺,检查跟进店员的销售知识,销售技巧,和工作业绩, 并提供现场销售辅导,给出跟进建议。
Develop in store Brand Ambassador team, for instore briefing and sharing at store level.
挑选培养店铺品牌大使,在店铺层面协助日常的店内培训及跟进。
Responsible for monitoring retail training budget.
负责零售培训预算的管理。
Responsible for quality control, cost control of various relevant vendors for training program, venue, printing, meeting, etc.
负责各类相关供应商(培训内容,场地,印刷,会议)的质量控制和成本控制。
According to mystery shopping reports, design and facilitate training action for elevation.
获取神秘访客报告,协同和制定改进计划。
Other assigned training projects and tasks.
