Job description
ROLE MISSION
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the Store organization and development. Being constantly on the sales floor, he/she makes sure that the Store staff acts consistently with Retail Excellence guidelines, to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives and to provide a unique customer experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assisting the Store staff, observing and monitoring their behaviour, giving daily feedback and coaching them according to Retail Excellence guidelines
Supporting Store Manager in assessing and improving individual performance and in identifying and developing talents
Being a point of reference for the team, fostering teamwork, facilitating new comers induction, sharing information and practices, timely solving possible issues
Following up on clienteling processes, making sure that qualitative and consistent customer service is delivered and leveraging all clienteling tools (client book, daily metrics...)
Analysing sales report and KPIs with the Store Manager collaborate in action plans definition, execution and follow up
Being aware of what is going on in the Store and ensuring that layout and personal grooming are aligned with Brioni standards
Guaranteeing constant and balanced coverage of the floor and appropriate zoning, efficiently plan and organize activities and distribute responsibilities, delegate and monitor results
Optimizing and monitoring all daily Store-related activities: stock organization, Store maintenance, Visual Merchandising (optimizing cost, resources and time)
Desired profile
Qualifications :
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree
At least 5 years in Retail position in luxury boutiques
People management experience
Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends
Fluent in English
A second language is a plus
