Context

 

The Performance and Transformation Department helps the organization achieve strategic goals by:

 

·  Managing transformational projects.
·  Monitoring performance against strategic KPIs.
·  Supporting best practices and process improvements.

 

You will report directly to the Head of the department.

 

Mission

 

Your tasks will be divided as follows: 

 

·  Project Management (60%)

Support and contribute to projects aimed at improving the organization's overall performance. Example projects may include implementing new driver planning tools, launching new ticketing systems, and driving marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will involve creating project plans, coordinating activities, guiding change processes, monitoring progress, and managing stakeholders.

 

·  Development of the Performance and Transformation Department (40%)

Work on departmental goals by developing processes, building strategic frameworks, and gathering best practices across the group. Activities include creating templates, refining workflows, conducting desk research within the organization, and implementing insights gained.

 

 

Profile

 

·  Educational Background: business degree or degree in mathematics, IT, or a related field.
·  Professional Experience: experience in project management, working within project teams, or consulting.
·  Key Skills and Attributes:
·  Strong analytical and structured mindset.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people easily.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
