The Finance Business Partneris responsible of allocated section of the P&L and will provide support to the Head of FP&A in delivering reportingto managers inside the organization and outside to the Keolis group. Will be autonomous and proactive in preparingthe forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projectson its scope. This function acts asa member of theanalytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal business decision making.
The Finance Business Partnerwill maintain close relation and understanding of the operational teams and data.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
People:
· Participate andmaintain an effectiveteamrelationship.
· Engage ina positive, collaborative, team-oriented environment in whichthe teamcan work effectively.
· Supportive of all members of the team and facilitate working relation with other teams(Operations, Maintenance, HQSE, etc.).
· Identify areas for improvement.
Financial Planning:
· Supportthe annual budget process (timeline, templates and tool), in line with Keolis-MHI business planning process.
· Support thepreparation of annual budgets, forecasts and trends in coordination with the Accountingteam.
· Supportthe regular reforecast of the budget, enabling improved visibility on future financial performance.
· Provide in depth analysis of variations to budget and forecastingof the allocated section of P&L, enabling deeper understanding of Keolis MHI financial variables.
· Support the Head of FP&A in maintaining thebudget pack (presentation and supporting files) to assist communication of the budget and the regular reforecast, including the preparation of the annual Business Plan for the RTA.
Financial Analysis – Monthly Review:
· Support the Head of FP&A for the preparation ofthe monthly financial review meetings.
· Support the monitoring ofperformance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance (both operational and financial).
· Will be able towork with a Business Intelligence tool andprovidedashboard reports.
· Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies. Follows up performance actions plans withinhis scope of work.
Financial Analysis – Business Partnering:
· Partner withother teams(Operations, Maintenance, QHSE, etc.) in understanding and improving financial performance.
· Coordinate the design of financial actions plan. Monitor the delivery of the action plans, supporting the departments in understanding financial impacts of their initiatives.
· Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
· Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Contract Variations:
· When required, support theHead of FP&AinpreparingVariations.
· Provide costing information to assess the financial impact of Variations.
Insurances:
· Support the Head of FP&A for coordinatingclaim management.

Finance:
· Understanding of accounting principles.

IT Skills, Data orientated:
· Excellent skills in Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
· Strong computer skills (ERP, financial planning tool, business intelligence tool).
· Ability to work with large quantities of data.
EXPERIANCE
· At least2year’s experience in aFinance Business Partnerrole.
· Experience in financial planning and budgeting in a complex business.
· Ideally has experience in the transportation industry.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFCATION
· BS degree in Finance.
· Chartered Accountant (Preferable).
