Keolis employs more than 55,000 people and is present in 15 countries (Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom, & United States). To go with the development of Keolis abroad and to ensure a better follow up of operations, regional platforms were created. This position is to be filled within the North America Platform and will be based in Boston.
Mission
- Key HR procedure drafting: Harmonization of the key HR processes across the region – Structure design, process design and improvement, talent i
dentification, performance, succession planning, remuneration.
- Creation and delivery of the Keolis North America Leadership Academy
- Resource forecasting and recruitment
- Development of an employee value proposition
- Talent transfer program: identifying opportunities for employees in Keolis North America to be seconded overseas on short term placements to bring back good practice
- Additional missions can be assigned depending on your involvement and results
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Organizational and Management model used for Keolis North America and support the implementation within all divisions: prepare induction materials, advice on technical material content and produce new materials, co-facilitate workshop, support HR practitioners in their understanding of the model.
- Coordinate and monitor talent pipeline for bids, including fit-to-role assessments
- Identify candidates for Keolis & SNCF Graduate Programs and enhance the Keolis Brand on job boards, LinkedIn and during career fairs.
- Coordinate Regional Induction sessions for new employees, including planning, scheduling, development of induction collateral and logistics coordination.
- Assist the EVP of HR and Organization with headcount reporting and HR communication (appointment letters, regional newsletters, organization charts)
Profile
- Master’s degree in human resources
- Ideally 5 years’ experience in HR field within the transportation sector
- Availability, curiosity, autonomy, good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and like to take initiatives
- Fluent in English.
