Creative Projects Voluntary Internship
Internship West Midlands
Job description
We have an opportunity for an aspiring Marketeer, Producer or Community Engagement worker who has a passion for Arts and Culture to join our team as a Creative Projects Intern.
About KD Culture
KD Culture works in partnership with Keneish Dance to use high quality artistic experiences to achieve positive social change; to develop individuals in order to make a healthier society. We are committed to the advancement of education, training, health & well - being and community development through high quality arts and cultural provision, that has dance, movement and theatre from a world perspective at its core.
We believe in providing amazing and memorable experiences that can be life changing, particularly for those who be denied, by virtue of finance or circumstance, the opportunity to participate in collaborative, community and education based learning initiatives. Especially because taking part in creative activities benefits us economically, socially, and educationally – from the future prospects of our children, our maturing health to the vibrancy of our cities, to the contribution made to economic growth.
Involvement with arts and culture is crucial to imagination, self-expression, creativity and physical health.
We believe that the arts give expression to our loves, lives, hopes and fears – our history, our dreams, our culture.
We are a small charity, doing big things. If you are ambitious and as passionate about the arts as we are, then get in touch!
Interviews Wednesday 19th July 1.30pm - 5.30pm in Sandwell.
