Job description

Grow with us as Retail Execution Coordinator in the Kellogg LA Team. In this position, you will be responsible for the execution in all the points of sale of the territory assigned to it, always looking for compliance with commercial plans and benefits for all parties. The REC contributes to increasing the Kellogg base by maximizing the distribution of the products, looking for shelf space growth, negotiating preferential positioning in sales floor, and achieving incremental exhibitions off-shelf.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:

· Follow PVK / KWOW for Execution process.
· Follow up of 5P's fundamentals under “Perfect Store” guidelines by RE
· Follow-up of commercial programs execution.
· Management of the resources of the territory (people, promotions) to push and improve sell out in POS.
· Monitoring inventory rotation, shelf presence and exhibitions per store of the territory
· Negotiating with store managers to improve Kellogg's indicators.
· Identifying business opportunities and innovations.
· Participate in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
· Working with agencies to route all creative elements thru Kellogg Legal process.
· Coordinating Customer specific events at POS.
· Facilitating miscellaneous requests for the sales teams: program set-up/management thru 3rd party Vendors, POS to support HQ funded programs.
· Coordinating in-store pictures of all program elements during in-store execution within the regions.
· Encouraging and generating creative new ideas that go beyond the status quo to achieve breakthrough results.
· Developing a full understanding and appreciation of account culture.
· Developing and executing customer relationship plan that details the business goals and strategies to deliver customer solutions and volume results.
· Responsible for accurate data submissions necessary to accurately build customer P&Ls and analysis.
· Identifying key issues, generating creative solutions and making appropriate recommendations to drive results.
· Preparing and delivering effective oral and written presentations to influence internal and external customers while applying best practices.
· Understanding and effectively leveraging customer, industry, and internal sales information to drive compliance and sustainable competitive edge.

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
·  Strong knowledge and experience in financial basics planning and reporting areas.
·  English proficiency: Capable of maintaining business conversations.
·  Strong communication skills.
·  Minimum 1 year of strategic sales experience in a business-to business.
·  PC proficiency.
·  Knowledge and management of financial fundamentals.
·  Previous experience in sales and demonstrated success in relationship building skills.

Preferred

·  Knowledge and experience in managing Special Accounts
·  Experience in the consumers goods industry.
