Job description

Grow with us as Order Management and Logisctics Analyst in the Kellogg LA Team. In this position, you will be responsible for execute the order management for local distribution for Colombia, review orders, give follow up till delivery, give visibility and tracking to commercial sales and customer service team. To create synergies with planning, logistics, commerce and customer service team. Give analysis and tracking to orders and volumetrics. Continuous improvement in processes. To provide high quality services to internal and external clients.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:

· Perform daily order management for Colombia. Give follow up to logistics and planning team in order to confirm orders.
· Challenge current processes to identify standardization, simplification or automation opportunities on the daily activities.
· Be a SPOC to attend Colombia orders (order entry, order review, inventory validation, review prices, cubic orders, delivery confirmation) Confirm orders to deliver to our 3PL.
· Perform basic administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies, do continuous improvement on the daily activities and processes; identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to the supervisor, credit notes and expos processes, also continuous improvement projects or special information requests.

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:
·  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Related
·  Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel (pivote, management of data basis, formulas) and PowerPoint. Desirable knowledge of SAP and other financial and logistic planning systems.
·  Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented.
·  Strong customer service perspective / customer satisfaction
·  English Intermediate
