In this role, you will be collaborating with a team in order to learn our processes and package finished product in a safe manner to maintain quality! By utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail you'll help us prepare some of the world's most favorite products for shipment. And with your self-starter, go-getter, team-player work ethic, we're positive you'll fit right in.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

· Following Best Practices – You will be responsible for packing finished product in accordance with prescribed packaging procedures.
· Accurately & Efficiently – You will be working within a team environment in order to maintain the quality of our product and production efficiencies.
· Maintaining Equipment – You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing equipment for packaging. You will also be operating, disassembling, and assembling packaging and related equipment within the plant.
· Check & Double Check! – You will be generating required production and quality control records to ensure we are tracking our manufacturing efforts.

Qualifications :

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

·  High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
·  Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or a related position
·  Operational understanding of manufacturing processes
·  Demonstrated ability to operate machinery
·  Demonstrated knowledge of safety processes and regulations
·  Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds

Bonus Points:

·  Experience in the food manufacturing industry
