Global Talent Acquisition Social Media Student Support (current students only) - Grand Rapids / Battle Creek, MI
Grand Rapids (Kent County) HR / Training
Job description
As the Global Talent Acquisition Social Media Student Support , you will be the digital storyteller for Kellogg's Careers social channels. Intrigued yet? Because it only gets better! In this role, having an “owner's mindset” paired with your initiative and curiosity will take you a long way. You will be encouraged to “follow your nose” (as Toucan Sam would say) to discover new stories and develop new connections to help us build Kellogg's reputation as an employer of choice around the world. And did we mention there's plenty of snacks?!?
You will not have one, but two home offices in this role. There will be days at our Global Headquarters in Battle Creek, Michigan, and others with our North American Talent Acquisition Team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. If you are a “people person,” it will help you greatly. Because collaboration has no borders at Kellogg, and you are about to make friends around the world. Now, let's achieve something great together!
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
· Social Media Guru – Ready to show off your creative streak? We'll hand you all of the tools so can develop striking written and visual content on our digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Career Site, etc.) as well as respond to messages to our corporate accounts.
· Let's get Analytical – Social media specialist is your name, but insights and learning will be your game. It is your job to monitor performance closely to understand what content connects with our target audience the best.
· Encourage Employees to be Social Influencers – We know that enabling our employees to talk about Kellogg on social media is a key ingredient in attracting talent to Kellogg. Once you get up to speed, you will be a key player on projects focused on training our people on employer brand and being a “social influencer.”
· An Eye for Design – Whether we are creating videos, graphics, or print materials, we are excited to get your input on what looks best-in-class. And if you have a knack for graphic design yourself, we welcome you to get in on the creation of new assets! That is, with your favorite Kellogg snack by your desk, of course.
Note: This is an ongoing Student Support role, and not a Summer Internship.
