The Role
Join us as a Finance Business Partner within our Enterprise Project Management Office, based in our new UK Headquarters in Media City, Manchester. In this role you will grow with us by working as part of a cross functional Enterprise Project Management Office with responsibility for forecasting and reporting project costs and savings in addition to delivering the Best in Class Finance enablement services.
The job holder will work closely with the European Overheads team and Global Project teams and therefore this role will provide a great opportunity for cross functional working along with other project work.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As Finance Business Partner, EPMO, you will be part of our success by:
· Forecasting and reporting Project costs and savings
· Partnering with Project Owners to develop accurate forecasts of Project costs
· Estimating and tracking savings to ensure delivery of projects
· Align and provide timely input to global budget holders
· Working to Monthly Financial Reporting timetable
· Work with European Overhead team to issue overhead targets and transfer budgets to Business as usual
· Up to 50% of the role will be ad-hoc project support and may also include some support to our Zero-Based Budgeting Finance team

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
· Degree and relevant professional accounting qualification or equivalent e.g. ACA, CIMA or ACCA
· Ability to effectively communicate and partner with external and internal stakeholders at all levels, across all functions
· Experience of Budgeting and Forecasting
· Strong leadership skills, including interpersonal skills, oral and written communications skills
· Ability to deal with time constraints/frequent deadlines against which completion of competing projects to high degree of accuracy and significant potential exposure required to be delivered
· Ability to assimilate impact of issues and act on own initiative but with guidance where necessary to provide business solutions to achieve strategic objectives of the Business Preferred:
· Previous Project Management experience
