Job description
JOB SUMMARY
Grow with us as you support European Procurement and supply chain management activities by conducting analyses on spend data and researching trends in relevant supply markets.
Lead with us as you provide analytical support to the Category Managers during Kellogg Strategic Sourcing process as well as building and maintaining cleansheets for assigned categories.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As an Analyst within European Procurement, you will help the Kellogg business to continue to build on our success by:
· Conducting analyses on direct and indirect spend data.
· Understanding industry insights and trends.
· Assisting Category Managers by conducting supply market research.
· Benchmarking and updating key market indices.
· Building and maintaining cleansheets, developing should cost models.
· Structuring RFIs and RFPs in preparation to send to suppliers.
· Analysing bids and running sensitivity analysis.
· Establishing and maintaining evaluation criteria.
· Quantifying impact and updating the TCO model.
· Assisting in preparing monthly procurement performance status reports.
· Participating in team meetings and providing data explanations.

Required:
· Educated to BA degree level in a related discipline.
· Strong data and analytical skills.
· Comfortable with research tools and technologies, analytics and basic financial analyses.
· Experience with budgeting / forecasting processes.
· Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
· Execution and results focus with sense of urgency, using your own initiative and strong communications skills.
· Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
· Comfortable working in a high performance environment.
Preferred:
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Intrinsically strong and structured approach to problem solving.
· Passion for finding information on innovative industry trends.
· Experience working effectively in a multicultural team environment.
· Experience and/or training in SAP or similar Enterprise systems along with sourcing support experience would be advantageous.
· Passion for cost reduction.
· Hunger for continued career progression.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Occasional European travel may be required (<10-15%)
