We have an opening for you to grow with us as an Associate IT Business Analyst – Software Asset Management, in our Oak Brook, IL or Battle Creek, MI offices. In this exciting role you'll be helping build Kellogg's software asset management practice.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

· Managing Kellogg's Software Asset Management Board processes
· Ensuring all license data is entered and properly reporting in SNOW
· Evaluating and processing all end user software requests
· Engaging with Kellogg product managers to optimize SaaS licensing
· Utilize SNOW tool to determine areas of opportunity for improving license compliance

Required:

·  High School Diploma or GED
·  Related experience in software asset management, software license management or software contract negotiations
·  Proficiency with G suite or Microsoft office suite
·  Ability to work cooperatively with other teams
·  Ability to communicate at various levels of the organization
·  Ability to establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and IT organization
Bonus Points:

·  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
·  Use of a software asset management tool. E.g. SNOW
·  Software asset management certifications
·  Ability to drive insights from data analysis
