Trainee Sales Negotiator for our New Burnley Branch.

Job description

Keenans Estate Agents, one of Lancashire's Leading Independent agents, are actively looking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our brand new branch. As a trainee position training in the industry will be provided however a sales background is essential. We are ideally searching for a candidate who is based in Burnley with a good knowledge of the surrounding area.

The role includes:

Arranging appointments and managing the branch diary

Regularly updating clients on their property's performance

Advising clients on change in marketing strategies and offers received

Face to face contact with clients

Proactively ringing out to generate business and interest on the portfolio of properties

This role offers career progression for the chosen candidate to build upon. The ideal candidate needs to be prepared to go above and beyond for the clients to maintain our highest level of service, they must be organised in the busy working environment and driven to succeed.
