Sales Negotiator based in the Ribble Valley

Job description

Keenans Estate Agents, one of Lancashire's Leading Independent agents, are actively looking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our established Clitheroe Branch. Experience is preferred but not necessary if from a sales background, however, we are ideally searching for a candidate who is based in the Ribble Valley with a good knowledge of the surrounding area.

The role includes:

Arranging appointments and managing the branch diary

Regularly updating clients on their property's performance

Advising clients on change in marketing strategies and offers received

Face to face contact with clients

Proactively ringing out to generate business and interest on the portfolio of properties
