Job description

Leading Sports Supplements business, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to support in the customer care of our retail online customers and to be part of our Customer Service and Sales team.

We are an established, customer focussed and fast growing sports supplement business. We are looking for a full time permenant Customer Service Advisor to work with our current team based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Working as part of our lively, friendly and busy environment the role will involve providing great customer care, guidance and advice by email and telephone. This role also involves accurate processing of email and telephone orders placed by customers, confirming delivery details, assisting with order amendments, managing queries and questions raised and sharing your knowledge of our products.

Previous experience in a customer service role with an internet based business is highly desirable. Office based customer care / service experience is essential as is an ability to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and organisation. We are looking for a candidate who wants to grow and develop alongside our business, someone who enjoys multitasking and has drive and ambition to succeed. You will be a confident communicator in writing and by telephone. A team player who is self motivated and results orientated. You will be numerate, articulate and have experience of using the Internet and MS Office in a work situation. An active interest in and knowledge of sports supplements, healthy living and fitness is also highly desirable but not essential.
