Fashion Assistant

Job description

The roles as a fashion assistant are to support the brand manager and support as a whole, assistants roles at times can be varied providing the opportunity to work on fashion shoots, events, ad hoc duties admin or Marketing.

Your role may include:

Editing mobile site via wix
Monitoring website clients journeys, and editing general website
Supporting with Event planning research and data entry
Sound knowledge of men's and women's wear fashion in pass and present.
Knowledge of online and in-store trends
Sourcing designers to pull from
Studio host
Assisting on fashion shoots setting up and closing
Creating Marketing emails using wix, and general emails
Creating social media ads
Answering Email enquiries
Supporting on shoots/ or at events (vary)
Liaising with PR/Marketing on behalf of the business
Researching
Source clothing or things for the shoot

Desired profile

Must be profient with Microsoft offices, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
Able to travel in and around London with ease.
Excellent written and spoken english
The role includes being aware of visual merchandising on shoot & budgeting.
Must have a understanding of Wix website editor
Able to edit Wix website
Able to meet short and long-term deadlines
Interested in photography media, or and marketing
Able to communicate with professionals
Understanding of admin/data entry
