Job description
As part of the job here as an event manager you will be working with the event coordinator team to help organise events and promoting the brand whilst working with the charity.
We run regular events and workshops at the project here in Kew. You could get involved in all the areas for event planning, promotion, social media and hospitality.
Through planning to the execution of the events, you will have gained numerous amount of experience in several departments such as:
Marketing
Project Managing
Social Media
Admin
Curation
Sales
Social Media
Event Promotion and Management
Art
3Dprinting
3DScanning
Although this internship is a voluntary role, there is potential for paid work through other project involvements and could lead to permanent position down the line.
Any experience and backgrounds are welcome.
Desired profile
You must have finished your A-levels in order to apply for this job.
Good English skills required
Ideally skilled in writing as well good verbal skills
Basic knowledge in softwares such as Word, excel and Photoshop
Good team worker and ability to keep up with tasks
