Job Title: Panel Advisor (Customer Service Advisor)

Department: Panel Communications

Location: West London, Hanger Lane

Working Hours: 1pm - 9pm

Job Purpose

Our clients demand the highest quality and fasted data delivery, and as a Panel Advisor you will provide day-to-day support, maintain compliance and ensure total panel member satisfaction and optimum panel retention.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering consistently high standards of service to our panel member’s via telephone and email
  • Assisting them in technical issues that arise from providing data from their PC and/or mobile devices
  • Retain, relay and explain key details of a number of consumer and media panels run by us
  • Develop strong relationships across our teams to provide support and insight
