The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spanish speaking entry level Client Service Executive to join our team! In this role you will be a key point of contact for our media research and advertising clients utilising our software products.

You will be the go to person for clients who are tackling any issues they might face and helping them understand the features of the software. You’ll need to be really hands on and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment directly with clients assisting with any queries that come through.

What you’ll do

  • Provide a high level of support directly to our media and advertising clients preparing, analysing and checking data. Therefore you will need to have strong attention to detail to ensure the data is 100% accurate.
  • You will troubleshoot problems and issues that come up from clients ensuring these are resolved as quickly as possible achieving high client satisfaction.
  • You’ll be competent in explaining how to use the features of the software directly to clients in a confident manner.
  • Be successful in being the key point of contact and second line support for clients that are based in South America. You will need to be fluent in Spanish and ideally Portuguese but also be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Carry out formal training sessions on the software used both onsite and offsite with clients to explain how to utilise the functions. You will also carry out onsite client visits to install software and troubleshoot technical problems that arise.

What you’ll have

  • Experience with working with software products would be ideal. Alternatively you will demonstrate the ability to pick things up quickly and be a fast learner to understand software products. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, juggling and prioritising your workload.
  • You will be fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written), and ideally Portuguese.
  • You will have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with people confidently over the phone and face to face with conviction as a brand ambassador for Kantar Media.
  • You will be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Office package. Knowledge of Mac operating systems would also be advantageous.
  • You will have a keen interest in media/marketing/research. Also knowledge of TGI, NRS or Touchpoints would be ideal.
