Kaizen - PR & Outreach Assistant
Full-time, based in Moorgate

Kaizen is a fast-growing content marketing agency, working with clients including TUI UK, TravelSupermarket.com, eToro and Totally Money.

You will act as PR support on all content marketing campaigns for both large UK brands and medium-sized businesses. You will help Kaizen with all forms of copywriting tasks as well as building relationships with key publishers and websites.

Key Responsibilities
- Build prospect lists and conduct outreach to key journalist and media contacts
- Produce coverage and performance reports
- Perform administrative tasks that assist with Client Communication and Management
- Implement copy edits to websites via CMS Systems as part of wider SEO Campaigns
- Assist on the outreach strategy of PR campaigns
- Contribute to Kaizen’s PR product roadmap
- Responsible for Kaizen Internal Sales & Marketing Tasks including:
- Social Media
- 1 x Blog Post a Quarter
- Work with the wider team to deliver campaign ideas for our clients

- You’re a pretty ambitious person and never want to stop growing and learning
- You enjoy multi-tasking and have good organisation skills
- You love solving complex problems by being creative and thinking on your feet.
- You either have experience in PR, SEO or Content Marketing OR have worked in a client-facing environment e.g. telesales or recruitment.
