Trainee Head Hunter/Resourcer - Recruitment
Maidenhead
Basic £18,000 - 20,000 + extensive training and bonus
Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a motivated trainee resourcer/head hunter to join our growing Maidenhead office. Working with the Recruitment Practice Manager on their own clients and one of the Senior Consultants, you will be introduced to recruitment within Pensions and Employee Benefits. Your training will combine a structured course approach coupled with hands on experience with the companies leadership team. The role will teach you to credibly approach talent in the industry against specific assignments, dramatically expanding your levels of confidence and communication. Working closely with the process, your skills will evolve over a nine month period where ideally you will move on to work with your own client assignments and take full responsibility for the process as a Recruitment Consultant. From this point onwards, experienced Recruitment Consultants/Head Hunters go on to lead an enjoyable and successful existence earning significant levels of income in a thriving engaging environment, some of which then go on to build and lead teams.
The role has a high sales focus and requires applicants to be self-starters with energy and enthusiasm coupled with an exceptional telephone manner. Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The role will demand an excellent use of the English language as the potential audience are in the main articulate successful business leaders and entrepreneurs. Ideally of graduate calibre, candidates will be focussed on completing the full REC qualification within their first year. Package will include a basic salary from £18,000 to £20,000, pension contribution, healthcare, good holiday allowance and most importantly performance bonus. OTE is then uncapped going forward.
