JustOT are recruiting for a qualified occupational therapist with extensive experience as a case manager within severe/neurological injuries to work for a fantastic company based in South London.

Due to continued growth our client is looking to recruit a full time permanent member of staff to oversee their team of Case Managers, conducting file reviews and ensuring documentation within the organisation is completed to required standards. The Clinical Manager will also carry a small case load, and lead on maintaining and enhancing clinical quality within their service. In addition, the role will be involved with the recruitment, training and development of the Case Managers and actively monitoring the progression of cases. The Clinical Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and Managing Director in the development of policies, processes and service development, to support growth and maintain a focus on quality, clinically robust and client-centred case management.

If successful, you'll be working largely from their office in South London but the role might also take you travelling to various parts of the UK with the occasional home/client visit. Limited home-based working would also be possible.

To apply for this role you must have:
*Degree in occupational therapy
*Experience working as a case manager within severe/neurological injuries
*Right to work in the UK.
*HCPC registration
*CSP registration

Managerial experience preferable
