Justteachers are working in partnership with "Good" Ofsted rated large three form entry Primary school in Coventry who are looking to welcome a committed higher level teaching assistant into their already successful team. In this a position you will be supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 and also cover PPA when necessary.

The ideal candidate will be a HLTA with strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience of covering PPA sessions to maintain a high standard of support within the class. Experience of covering the class in the absence of the teacher is essential as you will be required to deliver pre-planned cover to the whole class. You will have experience of supporting primary pupils in a classroom setting across various Key Stages, you will be forward thinking and plan strategically collaborating with teachers for pupils best possible learning outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students are a must for this role and you will be rewarded with excellent support from Senior Management.

This full time role is to start as soon as possible with interviews currently taking place.
