***£16,000-£18,000 Pro Rata Salary
Just Teachers are currently working with a number of key clients in Coventry who are looking to appoint University Graduates with degrees in either Maths or English to LSA or TA positions supporting in these key subjects. These positions are perfect opportunities for graduates who are looking to gain school based experience prior to starting teacher training. A number of the clients we work with have previously offered successful candidates on the job teacher training through the schools direct or teach first routes.
These roles have a variety of duties which may include; one to one or group work to support for either gifted and talented pupils or those needing intervention or remedial work to support them in achieving their targeted attainment levels. You will act as a role model for students looking to take Maths and English onto A-level. Working closely with teachers to analyse performance data and create specific plans for individual students. There may also be a need for successful candidates to deliver pre planned lessons to classes should teachers be away on courses or off sick.
