Jungle Creations is a leading media house for the social age, solely focused on delivering high quality video content to our audience of over 15 million.

Video is everything on social right now and we strive to be the biggest player across a variety of formats. Be it vemes (caption vids), article videos (text-on-screen), inspirational/quote videos or longer form social-change/prank videos.

With 85% of Facebook videos viewed on mute, we’re constantly innovating new ways of storytelling and entertaining and are looking for talented video interns to join our team.

The roll is diverse but your main responsibilities will be editing footage and adding captions/subtitles to videos (see here for examples of caption vids). The latter requires a cracking sense of humour and the ability to transform a piece of footage beyond its original purpose. Class-clowns and comedians are perfect.

Our office is young, fun and incredibly fast-paced so the ideal candidate will not take themselves too seriously, but be able to create engaging/entertaining video content in rapid time. Solid grasp of video editing software is essential to achieve this.

Candidates should be fully engaged in the social world, and have an understanding of what content works on different platforms. For example, what works on YouTube (longer form, widescreen, high quality) isn’t ideal for Facebook audiences who watch without sound, and are expecting short form, instantly engaging content.
