Job description

Our client is an Independent Financial Advisory company that provides a diverse range of services to both private and corporate clients. They are looking for an administrator to work within their Orpington office. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career within the Financial Services industry as they will offer full training and the chance to study towards recognised financial qualifications.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Provision of support to financial consultants who give advice on pensions, investments and protection, mainly private client but some commercial
  • Processing new business and submitting applications to providers
  • Obtaining valuations on existing arrangements and illustrations on new business enquiries
  • Providing administration support to the Sales teams
  • Liaison with product providers, paraplanners, consultants and clients
  • Handling on going servicing queries
  • Establishing and maintaining files and records


PERSON SPEC:

  • Business related degree and strong 'A’ levels
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Professional and polite, offering excellent level of client care
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player
