Team
The HR Benefits and Wellness Coordinator will be part of the HR Service Delivery team based in Geneva. The HRSD Team provides the full range of local HR operational services supporting employees, HR Business Partners and Managers, including but not limited to payroll, employee benefits, health & safety, data management & MIS linked to global HR systems as well as local absence & time tracking, benefit election and on boarding and off boarding of employees.
Role description
The roles includes administrative tasks but you will also be expected to work on developing new projects and new relationships within and outside of the Bank.
Provide support to employees on queries regarding all benefits, absences and personal situations including:
Family Allowance for all employees including Cross Border employees and intercantonal differentials,
Maternity Leave program including claims,
Long term sickness declarations, filing and follow up on insurance reimbursement,
Accident declarations, filing and insurance reimbursement,
Military leave process, APG reimbursements,
Disability claims due to Long Term Sickness (LTS) or Accidents,
Verify entitlement and ensure various absences are inputted in the absence system,
Ensure all HR systems are up to date with LTS/Maternity Leave/Unpaid and Sabbatical leave and maintain all benefit trackers,
Be the main Contact person for third party benefits providers on complicated cases or queries
Responsible for ongoing efforts around the wellness program including:
Relationship with third party providers
Development of new initiatives
Communication and organization of the program and various events.
Requirements
Previous HR experience in Benefits would be an advantage
High integrity and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality
Good organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Team worker: ability to work with others
Strong interpersonal skills and strong client service mind-set
Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal)
Strong PC skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and knowledge of PowerPoint.
