We are seeking a Sales Consultant to develop and grow orthopaedic sales within the Mitek & Shoulders division covering the East Scotland region.
Responsibilities:Achieve business goals in line with J&J CREDO ValuesSell Mitek & Shoulder portfolio and services to orthopaedic surgeons, theatre staff and non clinical stakeholders such as procurementMaintain and grow the business as defined by the individual territory business plan and sales growth targetsIncrease market share of portfolio on territoryProactively build and develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholdersDevelop a portfolio of territory key opinion leaders across the product portfolioAttend appropriate theatre lists in all territory accounts with appropriate surgeons to maintain and drive sales in line with business objectives in those accountsDrive the commercial proposition across the territory by building effective relationships with procurement / financial stakeholder customersPresentation of products in hospital meetings and exhibitionsTimely completion of business reporting and administrationJob Scope:No Direct ReportsField Sales based travel within the defined territorySales Coverage and Support off Territory as required by RBM/BUDSome occasional international travel requiredBudgetary Responsibility as defined by RBMInternal & External Relationships:External CustomersOrthopaedic SurgeonsTheatre StaffProcurement/FinancialEBMEHospital Clerical/Administrative StaffInternal CustomersSalesMarketingCommercialHRMedical EducationSupply Chain/LogisticsITAdministrative/Clerical SupportQualificationsExperience/Qualifications:Essential: Successful track record in selling.
