This will involve:- Forming a close partnership with the GFO Skincare team to understand Franchise objectives and targets- Delivering a clear, commercially compelling Skincare rationale for J&J’s customer base- Leading a programme of skincare shopper insight research across the region- Leading a network of local shopper experts to lead the identification and development of business building retail solutions- Developing and delivering these “best practices” across the region- Working with Global Customer Directors to secure skincare category partnerships with Global customers- Enhancing the skills and capabilities of local category solutions managers through “hands on” involvement in ongoing category partnership workMain duties and responsibilities:1) Working with GFO25% of Time- Responsible for category vision – development and alignment with markets- Inject Voice of Customer and Shopper into strategic discussions at HPTs and ad hoc meetings- Develop Commercial arguments to support Pipeline projects to ensure superior execution- Working with Lead market(s), develop full recommendation for support programme for launches, etc- Working with lead market, ensure launch support materials are delivered (e.g brand square)- Develop, align and govern promotional and pricing strategies2) Owning retail solutions30% of Time- Work with lead market teams to develop “Perfect retail ” solutions including:o Appropriate display, adjacencies, POS material, and promotional recommendationo Identify these aspects by channel and format (where they differ)o Monitor deployment and ensure customer plans incorporate them3) Lead the development of critical skincare shopper insights that underpin J&J EAME skincare category solutions10% of Time- Create and implement an ongoing EMEA Skincare Shopper research programmeo Translate shopper research insights into business driving opportunitieso Develop specific customer action plans- Understand multi-channel retailing impact4) Working with Global Customers20% of Time- Work with GCDs to develop strategic skincare platform with top Global customers:o Align on strategic drivers by marketo Lead shopper thinking and help deliver tailored solutionso Monitor implementation of “Perfect Retail”o Provide strategic insights for Top to Top relationship5) Capability development15% of Time- Lead the Category network of local shopper- Use other events such as Shopper Webbex, Customer Directors Conference & Franchise Week to sharpen country & customer team focus behind skincare.- Identify leveragable technological solutions to deliver greater local efficienciesQualificationsKey Education, Experience and Competencies required:This is a senior EMEA Customer Development Team role.
