Job description
Reporting to the User Access Management (UAM) Team Lead, this role will have the following functions:
•Perform User Access Management (UAM) activities
•Work with end-user/s to create or develop Excel/Access VBA programs that will eliminate all manual processes by end-user for each report
•Responsible to enhance and update existing programs that will adapt to existing user-requirements
•Provide Procedures/Work Instructions to end-user/s for each program created
•Develop Toroubleshooting Guides for each program so end-user/s can have a reference for different error scenario/s encountered
•Assist end-user/s from time to time relating to programs developed

Application of I/T Processes, Security and Compliance
1.Design and develop Microsoft Office Applications program and maintenance
2.Provide onsite customer support to existing programs
3.Determine and develop required enhancements to the program/s.
4.Write codes for software applications
5.Develop designs to support business requirements and needs.
6.Initiate and implement quality assurance protocols for software.
7.Manage and document concepts, practices, procedures, processes and issues.
8.Document the model. This will include Work Instructions for using the model and a Maintenance/Troubleshooting Guide
9.Ensure compliance of organizational processes and procedures all the time.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT-related courses, Finance, Mathematics or Engineering
•2-3+ years of related Microsoft Applications (e.g. Excel, Access, SQL) / VBA Development experience
•Knowledgeable in SAP Systems and GRC
•Strong documentation skills and ability to facilitate and knowledge transfer
•Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
•Knowledge of business processes particularly in Finance will be an advantage
•Ability to interpret complexities and communicate them effectively to others
•Ability to work with minimal supervision
•Must be a team player with the ability to work well with a wide variety of personalities
