As the Team Leader, you will provide leadership across the Display Project Planners to develop and sustain an efficient, consistent and effective planning process for Trade Customization in North America. You are responsible for establishing techniques and processes to optimize the utilization of the SAP and Promotional Request Form (PRF) systems, and for meeting key project milestones in support of SAP and PRF system functional enhancements across Trade Customization and stakeholder organization. You provide a leadership role in developing and delivering End User training tools, as well as Dashboard metrics that support system utilization and process compliance. You play a key role and act as the SME when interfacing cross-functionally with multiple internal partners, and you will also identify and coordinate best practice and benchmarking sessions when appropriate.

Desired profile

Qualifications
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of related business experience required
• Minimum of 3 years preferred of experience in any combination of the following functions: supply chain management, planning, distribution, customer service, project management and/or planning
• Experience in Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and/or Contract Sites preferred
• Experience managing projects preferred
• Requires strong knowledge of planning systems; SAP Order to Cash System knowledge preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency required, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
• Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data
• APICS Certification preferred
• Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, Training or Certification highly preferred
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• People leadership or supervisory experience is helpful
• Location & Travel Required: Skillman, NJ, with up to 10% domestic and international travel
