The Total Rewards Analyst, North America will:
• Provide operational support to Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and line leaders including, but not limited to, job evaluation/leveling, offers, year-round compensation, retention programs, and recognition.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly health & welfare benefit administration processes of the Company's outsourced service administrators across North America. This includes ensuring services are provided in accordance with Plan requirements, and the research and review of any potential service delivery issues or concerns with internal and external business partners.
• Support major projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring related to compensation and benefits programs/processes.
• Provide support to the annual survey management, year-end compensation process, and benefits annual enrollments.
• Independently handle day-to-day assigned tasks, initiatives and projects that arise, escalating cases as appropriate.
• Identify, develop, and advise management of process/efficiency improvements.
• Interface with Corporate Services as needed to ensure timely delivery of all North America Total Rewards matters.
• Ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
• Assist with tracking metrics and other reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired profile

Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a Compensation, Benefits and/or HR/Business Operations capacity with strong analytical focus is required.
• Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teaming and collaboration skills.
• Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required.
• Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred, as majority of clients will not be located onsite.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products required; Workday, SalesForce, database and HRIS systems and reporting tools is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, is preferred.
• This position has a primary location in Tampa, FL with up to 5% of domestic travel as needed required.
