Position Summary

·  Member of the J&J's Global FP&A Technology Center of Excellence (CoE) with primary responsibility to support the technical design, build and operational support for the J&J FP&A Global Reference Model (GRM) TM1 application .
·  Delivers steps required to execute the FP&A Technology strategy in all the Sectors and Regions. This strategy will allow a robust and consistent reporting and planning platform to be used by finance and key business partners providing ‘information and analytics on demand'
·  Supports/maintains all TM1 applications, data & reports and processes within the Planning system deployment
·  Develops new TM1 GRM models or enhancement to existing TM1 GRM models under supervision and direction of Analytics COE Lead for different regions and/or sectors as necessary

Approximate Percentage of Time

Developing new models or enhancements to existing FP&A TM1 applications. Supports creation, documentation and update of training materials.

Supporting business in day-to-day activities of running FP&A applications. Performing break fix activities, if any, in timely manner adhering to SLA.

Works closely with ITS team and performs activities including (but not limited to) monitoring server performance, software upgrades, disaster recovery, etc

Stay current with industry and domain analyses for technology choices and directions. Perform other work related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education : Bachelors

Required Years of Related Experience: At least 8 Years

Other TM1 specific 5+ years

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
·  At least 8years of programming / coding / ETL or OLAP experience. Minimum 5 years of TM1 experience as a developer/solution architect. TM1 certification is a must.
·  Extensive experience with TM1 10.2 or higher (Perspectives, Web, Excel/VBA)
·  Functional finance i.e. planning/budgeting and reporting as well as strong systems understanding is a must
·  Able to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly
·  Fluent in English
·  Team player

People Management Experience: Optional

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·  Cognos Suite of Tools (BI, TM1 CAFÉ, Cognos Insight, Workspace, etc)
·  SQL, VBA, Java or similar programming languages
·  Knowledge of BI and Data Warehouse principles, methodologies and tools in SAP, Cognos BI & TM1 and non-SAP space is a plus.
·  Experience as part of financial systems project team or COE is a plus.

·  Interacts with Business Support COE from all regions
·  Engages in knowledge transfer for providing post-deployment support to the FP&A Suite and TM1 users.
