As the Technical Writer II, you will:
· Interact with report users to gather requirements, develop test plans and draft documents that require verbal and written communication skills.
· Work with JJV Quality Management Software and Processes (e.g., One Voice complaint handling system, VIBES non-conformance, VIBES CAPA, VIBES Change Control, etc.)
· Ensure that validation deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
· Lead change requests associated with implementing reports into the production environment
· Hold and facilitate test plan reviews with cross-functional team members.
· Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
· Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and raise them immediately to management.
Desired profile
Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering or related technical field is preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a regulated industry is required.
• Technical QA systems experience is preferred.
• Large enterprise or e-business systems experience is preferred.
• Science/Engineering/IT background is preferred.
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Experience with documentation change management systems (ideally in GXP environment) is required.
• Advance ability with Microsoft Office Word/Excel is required. Knowledge in Microsoft Visio is preferred.
• Authoring technical user manuals/instructions preferably for software applications is required. Authoring software test scripts is preferred.
• Tableau experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO, and GMP preferred.
