Job description

DePuy Mitek , one of the legal manufacturer of the group Johnson & Johnson, develop, manufacture and distribute innovative medical products for sports medicine and for the reconstruction of muscles, ligaments and tendons is looking for a Supply Planning Specialist (young graduate) 12 months fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities
·  Manages the systemic supply plan for the portfolio of externally manufactured finished products
·  Will maintain data integrity of static planning parameters and transactional data elements to insure that the system accurately reflects the current situation in the physical supply chain at all times
·  Will collaborate with demand planning to identify projected customer service exceptions and to take actions to mitigate the actual impact on customer orders
·  will execute deployment orders, accounting for market allocations, in order to balance inventory holdings within the J&J network
·  Will lead supply chain performance reporting and analysis, mine data for improvement opportunities, and partner with planners to develop and implement changes that increase customer service while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing total cost
·  Creates the weekly Master Production Schedule, and supports planners in creation of the monthly S&OP packages for key external production plants
·  Be involved in exception based planning, data analysis, ERP system master data set up, ERP transaction maintenance, external order fulfillment, service level target attainment, inventory target attainment, supplier performance measurement, and facilitating inbound logistics

Desired profile

·  Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or related field
·  Recently graduated (during the last 12 months)
·  A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience (practical, internships,) is required
·  Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (i.e. v-look up, pivot tables, macros, and graphing) is required
·  Experience with MRP and conceptual knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/JDE/APO) is preferred
·  Experience in SQL and/or Visual Basic is preferred. Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodology is preferred
·  Ability to think critically, analyze data, and summarize information to support decision making is required
·  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across functions and to various levels is required
·  Ability to build strong relationships, considering diverse perspectives and different styles is required
·  Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and limited supervision is required
