Supply Chain Finance Analyst
Location: Prague
Full time permanent contract

Role Overview
Based in our Global Services offices in Prague, you will become part of a team providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions for our Affiliates. The role involves business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations and participation on cross-functional work teams. You will help prepare monthly financial reports and related analyses as well as maintain financial models.


Key Responsibilities
·  Process customer sales orders in error and investigate root cause
·  Prepare Inventory reconciliation (comparison of General Ledger vs. Inventory movements in the subledger), investigate & correct differences
·  Maintain CAR approvals for fixed assets and monitor CIP (Construction in Progress) balance
·  Perform balance sheet account reconciliations for inventory accounts, prepare & post correcting journal entries and drive resolution of reconciling items with timely escalation where needed
·  Perform depreciation bookings and controls , SLOB and other supply chain related bookings and controls
·  Track ongoing issues in Issue log with all necessary details and reach out to different parties to resolve
·  Assist other team members with transactional duties
·  Proactively suggest and support the implementation of process improvements

Desired profile

Requirements
·  Financial & accounting background
·  MS Office (advanced MS Excel knowledge required)
·  Experience in working with ERP system(s)
·  Strong level of written and oral English
·  Strong attention to detail is a must
·  Ability to work under pressure
·  Good time management & able to prioritize
·  Assertive and results oriented
Advantages:
·  SAP experience
·  Bachelor / Master in Finance / IT
