We are looking for a talented graduate who would like to start his supply chain career as an intern in Johnson & Johnson Supply chain.
You will be part of the EMEA PLAN team responsible for demand and supply planning for capital units, consumable and spare parts. You will be involved in supply chain improvement projects.
You will be part of multi-cultural team of young supply chain experts. You will be able to learn supply chain processes in one of the best supply chain organizations in the world.

Supply Chain Analyst (Internship 11 months)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The ASP Supply Chain Analyst is responsible to support different projects in Supply Chain such as Project Orion (Label change of Finished Products) as well as other Supply Planning activities. The ASP Supply Chain Analyst works closely with key business partners in Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Labeling and Regulatory Affairs.
• Supports Project Orion as part of the Project Core Team
• Communicates regularly the latest label cutover plan to key stakeholders
• Follows up with regulatory affairs on pending registrations
• Changes country preference profile & inventory lot grading in the ERP system based on
registration status
• Executes manual allocations of inventory to orders for products that are in supply
constraint
• Issues Export invoices
• Uploads advanced shipment notification (ASN) in the ERP system
• Resolves PO/Goods receipts mismatches
• Supports the planning team for day-to-day activities
• Actively supports continuous Supply Chain process improvements
• Supports new product introductions (NPI's) in EMEA
• Supports other Projects that needs involvement from supply planning

Desired profile

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering related fields or Supply Chain
• Strong analytical & organizational skills
• Proficient user of MS Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Innovative with the drive to propose and implement new ideas
• Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions
• Strong team player having a professional approach to both internal and external suppliers
• Accuracy with attention to detail
• Fluent in English
