STATISTICIAN RWE
Location: Budapest
Full-time permanent contract
Role Overview
Statistician RWE leads in-house statistical and analytical services in real world evidence (RWE) studies. Participates in RWE projects out of the local organization and takes part in international collaborations with RWE relevance.
You will have the following areas of responsibility:
• Oversees the work of outside agencies in RWE projects
• Participates in the planning and goal finding phases of RWE projects
• Performs statistical analysis of RWE data
• Summarizes the results of RWE analysis in reports and in scientific publications
• Occasionally helps to interpret statistical analysis and publications for market access, marketing and medical purposes
• Acts as statistical consultant for other intracompany (medical, HEMAR) RWE studies purposes
• Responsible for accurate, timely, compliant work and task follow up
• Should have up-to-date knowledge and keep existing company procedures and related rules;
• Detailed knowledge of HCBI SOPs and relevant finance processes is a must;
• May have contacts with HCPs that do not classify as medicine representation.
Desired profile
Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
• University degree (Maths, Statistics) preferred
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Work under pressure, high degree of accuracy
• Up-to-date knowledge of statistical methodologies applied in the analysis of real world evidence data (such as: Kaplan-Meier analysis, Cox modelling, propensity score analysis, analyzing survival data in case of correlated covariates, ANOVA and nonparametric methods)
• Ability to understand the structure of large databases and queries applied to them
• Good communication skills
• Compliant driver
