We have a very exciting opportunity for a STEM Analyst based in our Northern Europe Headquarters in Maidenhead.

This would be an ideal job for someone who has an interest in developing within Demand Planning / Supply Chain. You will get the opportunity to travel within Northern Europe to meet with our team.

You will be responsible for the managing the 0-3 month horizon for in-market executional management of key activities for a portfolio of brands.

What you're great at:
You will have a natural passion and ability to analyse multiple data. Your strong analytical skills will allow you to get to the root cause of issues and then be able to design and implement preventative actions.

Your inquisitive nature will give you an understanding of in-market performance by analysing consumption & stock in trade reports to provide insights to Regional Supply Planning and S&OP management. You will work in partnership with others to ensure flawless delivery of our products.


As a STEM analyst, your typical day may include:

·  Analysing supply and demand projections to proactively identify potential business risks.
·  Monitor current consumption trends and stock in trade data to identify potential business risks.
·  Collaborate with Regional Supply organisation to execute supply & inventory improvement plans.
·  Communicate business risks to in-market teams across Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Development and Finance.
·  Provide customer and market insights for 0-3 month horizon into S&OP process.
·  Targeted customer reviews to support execution of critical commercial activities.
·  Partner with the commercial organisation to support achievement of the financial plan by highlighting inventory opportunities.
·  Ensure excellent execution of key seasonal planning activities and provide insights to the business of seasonal performance.
Travel will be involved with this role within Northern Europe to enhance collaboration, approx. 15%
