Job description

J&J Consumer Products Company, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst- Business Unit Facing in the US Over the Counter (OTC Supply Chain) team. This position will be based in Fort Washington, PA.

Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc. develops and markets products that address the needs of consumers and health care professionals and incorporate the latest innovations. US OTC, as part of Johnson & Johnson Consumer, is the largest over-the-counter pharmaceutical company in the United States, and leader around the world. Its primary product lines including brands such as Tylenol®, Motrin®, Imodium® and Zyrtec®, as well as others.

This Sr. Financial Analyst role will provide key business decision support and strategic analyses to the broad US OTC Supply Chain specifically including partnering with the Supply Chain Strategy team, Planning, the Project Management Office (PMO), as well as Commercial. This role will be the first point of contact for all Supply Chain projects and business partners to ensure thorough and complete financial integration with our established forecasting and planning requirements as well as any governance committees.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Act as the business facing Finance lead to the US OTC Supply Chain involved with key business decision support and strategic analyses.
• Analyze business results to support/lead reviews with US OTC Supply Chain leadership and Senior Consumer Leadership on an actual and forecast basis.
• Lead Strat Plan/LRFP process in conjunction with strategy and planning team.
• Collaborate with project managers to support new project financial and strategic evaluation including NPV and associated financial recommendations.
• Finance lead for investment committee responsible for project evaluation, approval, budgeting and tracking and represent Finance in Supply Chain and Commercial governance meetings.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain PMO to create and track project budgets/actuals and ensure tie out between TM1 and Instantis.
• Act as US OTC Finance liaison to Affiliates including evaluation of standard costs as well as investments.
• Quarterly accruals and closing responsibilities relevant to projects.

Other Responsibilities:

• Work closely with NA Supply Chain Finance FP&A to ensure timely and accurate forecasts and reporting to Supply Chain leadership.
• Support Sr. Finance Manager of US OTC Supply Chain in ad hoc analyses (Ex. Siting/Network decisions).
• Support broader North America Supply Chain Finance departmental initiatives to harmonize and centralize key processes and support org health.

This role is a dynamic and highly impactful position at the center of key analyses and activity. Strong communication, analytical and financial analysis skills will be required to successfully partner and manage the diverse ideas that comprise the ongoing responsibilities. This position is highly visible within the NASC and Finance organizations, interfacing with the VP of Supply Chain and the full NASCF organization regularly.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
·  A CPA or CMA is preferred.
·  A minimum of 3 years of Accounting, Finance, or related business experience is required.
·  Prior financial experience in a Supply Chain or Project Management environment is preferred.
·  Experience in the Consumer sector and financial consolidations is preferred.
·  This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·  The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
·  Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required.
·  Strong accounting/finance background, including NPV and budgeting is preferred.
·  Excellent cross functional collaboration and influencing skills is required.
·  Prior experience with SAP, TM1 or Instantis systems is preferred.
·  Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
·  This position may require up to 5% domestic travel.
·  This position is located in Fort Washington, PA.
